The University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is led by Dean Robert N. Golden, MD, who also is the vice chancellor for medical affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Golden and a seasoned team of administrative associate deans, guided by a strategic plan, are responsible for implementing the school's mission, vision and values.
The team is overseeing the construction of more than $400 million in state-of-the art educational and research facilities, as well as ensuring the school's continued presence at the forefront of medical discovery and innovative patient care.
