2011-2012 Fee Schedules

The staff of the UW Health Clinical Simulation Program is available to work with individuals, departments, organizations and institutions to develop and support educational plans to meet specific assessment, training, teaching and research needs.

The UW Health Clinical Simulation Program with its state-of-the-art facility and simulators provides an effective and efficient environment for optimal teaching, learning and research. The program includes a multitude of resources such as:

• High-fidelity manikins
• Task trainers
• Virtual reality trainers
• An advanced audio/visual capture and play-back system
• Computer stored cases
• A trained professional support staff

A fee schedule will be sent via email after submission of a completed Application for Use form online.
