Stevens Point Fourth-Year Orthopedic Surgery Preceptorship

The MD Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison offers fourth-year orthopedic surgery preceptorship with Todd M. Williams, MD at Rice Medical Center in Stevens Point.

Welcome Message from Todd Williams, MD

Todd Williams, MD, Stevens Point Orthopedic Surgery PreceptorCome experience patient-centered and team-based health care in a beautiful area.

I am an orthopedic surgeon with a broad spectrum general orthopedic surgery practice. Stevens Point is centrally located one and one-half hours straight north of Madison and we have a multispecialty clinic that is integrated with the hospital.

In their free time, past students have enjoyed the outdoor activities available here as well as many activities and opportunities normally associated with larger towns or cities.

Students can choose between spending all their time in orthopedics, or split time with other preceptors in general surgery or obstetrics and gynecology.

Shorter exposures to many other specialties exist and are easily accommodated. These include radiology, ENT, family practice, anesthesia, neurology and internal medicine.
