Wild Rose Fourth-Year Preceptorship in Family Medicine

The MD Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison offers a fourth-year family medicine preceptorship with Chad Voskuil, MD, in Wild Rose.

Wild Rose Community Memorial Hospital continues a tradition of excellence in care for families since 1941.

We are a critical access hospital with two hospital-based clinics. Our hospital offers acute care, sub-acute care, as well as a 24-hour physician-staffed emergency department.

Following three weeks of family practice, students can choose among a variety of subspecialities, including:

• General surgery
• Orthopedics
• Endoscopy
• Emergency room
• Anesthesiology
• Radiology

Time is spent with practicing community physicians who are interested in teaching.
