Project Submission Form for Shapiro Summer Research Program

Use this form to submit proposed projects for the Shapiro Summer Research Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health.

Please note: Faculty members who are new to the Shapiro program must be approved as mentors by the Student Research Committee. Please send your CV to Lynne Cleeland, lmcleela@wisc.edu, prior to submission of your project.

Brief Description of Research Project: Please provide a brief description of the proposed research project or your general area of research. The information will be added to a database of summer research projects and distributed to first-year students at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. Interested students will contact faculty members directly to discuss potential projects and to develop a Shapiro Program proposal.
