Board Exam Preparation
As well as study skills support for coursework, Student Academic Support Services at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in Madison provides Board Exam Preparation for Medical School Students.
Step 1 Board preparation begins midway through your second year with a three-block practice exam, followed by Step 1 study groups led by Med 3 and Med 4 students. Our office can help you design summer study schedules, as well as provide book suggestions and exam content information.
