Due to the time constraints of application process to rotation dates available, and the highly precarious nature of scheduling visiting students, please know that in the event that you are not accepted as a result of administrative delay on our end, full refund of application fee will be given. We are attempting to make our system available as early as possible to benefit our departments as well as prospective visiting students.
Since the application process itself requires the full $125 fee be paid in advance before we will review and initiate your application, we will in good faith refund your application fee if you have followed the application process requirements and we cannot ultimately accommodate you. This would be a rare occurrence, so you can be confident in your application.
