Abstract

This seminar will provide an overview of the University's policies regarding outside consulting by faculty and staff, highlight potential pitfalls that can arise with consulting agreements, and identify strategies for minimizing the potential for conflict between faculty and staff members' obligations as an employee of the University with their obligations under consulting agreements.
