Classroom and AV Support

Classroom and AV Support assists with classroom and audio/visual needs of the Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC) and Clinical Sciences Center (CSC), Wisconsin Institutes of Medical Research (WIMR) and the UW Medical Foundation Centennial Building (MFCB). This includes classroom scheduling, classroom technology support and training and videoconferencing support.

Moveable furniture and accessories can be reserved by using the online scheduling system. Items that can be reserved include, tables, chairs, announcement signs, easels and more.

Classroom and AV Support

The Classroom and AV Support office in the Health Sciences Learning Center offers classroom scheduling, classroom technology support and training, and videoconferencing support.

Classroom and AV Support is available to faculty, staff and students in the HSLC, CSC, WIMR and MFCB.

Moveable Furniture and Accessories Reservations

Classroom and AV Support offers moveable furniture and accessories checkout. Reservations can be made online and picked up from the Classroom and AV Services counter at 1240 HSLC.

• Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
• Many items are designated for HSLC use only
• A valid university or hospital ID is required for checkout
• Customer is responsible for damage, theft or loss

Audience Response System

An Audience Response System is available at the Health Sciences Learning Center.

School of Nursing Video Conference Incident Report Form

This School of Nursing Video Conference Incident Report Form should be used to report problems that occur with Video Conference sessions between the HSLC in Madison and the various La Crosse Western Campus sites.
