Maintenance - Work Orders
Maintenance of campus facilities is provided by UW Physical Plant. Requests for maintenance work (i.e. bathroom, water fountains, lights, room temperature, etc.) can be accomplished by ONE of the following:
- Submit a Work Order online at Central Answering & Response Service (CARS) Note: you must have your NetID and password to make an online request. Confirmation is received via email. Work order status can be montored at the UW Physical Plant Web site. A login is required.
OR
- Call campus CARS at 263-3333. A trouble (service) call will be generated and routed to the appropriate department responsible. When your work order has been assigned an appropriate work order number, please email the work order number to Don K. Braxton
Maintenance of the UW Hospital and Clinics is provided by Plant Engineering. Requests for maintenance work can be accomplished by submitting a work request online at the Physical Plant Web site. You must have a uconnect username and password to make this request.
