Safety
The UW Safety Department provides bological safety, general safety, occupational health, chemical and environmental safety, lake safety and radiation safety support for campus.
 UW Safety Department
The UWHC Infection Control department is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment. A large part of its duties includes maintaining, reviewing and updating the Bloodborne Pathogens Exposure Control Plan (below) at least annually, and whenever necessary to include new or modified tasks, procedures, and sharp safety devices.
