Signaling mechanisms controlling fungal growth, development and mycotoxin production, genetics and biochemistry of mycotoxin (aflatoxin, trichothecenes, fumonisin) biosynthesis. Signal transduction mechanisms coordinated by Heterotrimeric G-proteins and Regulator of G-protein signaling (RGS) proteins.
