Safety: Laboratory and Radiation
Questions or concerns about issues related to safety should be addressed to your advisor. Ask about any required training sessions or safety handbooks the department may have in place. If you are in a lab working with radiation, you must complete the course “Radiation Safety for Radiation Workers and Working Safely with Chemicals.” All classes are held at Union South, and the schedule of classes (as well as the manual required for the course) may be found here.
