Grant Programs

The Wisconsin Partnership Program of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health administers three types of grants: the Community-Academic Partnership Fund, the Collaborative Health Sciences Program and the New Investigator Program.

Grants awarded through the Community-Academic Partnership Fund, available through the Oversight and Advisory Committee (OAC), are used to promote the goals of Wisconsin's health plan, Healthiest Wisconsin 2010, and the mission, vision and guiding principles of the Wisconsin Partnership Program.

The Collaborative Health Sciences Program and New Investigator Program are administered through the Medical Education and Research Committee (MERC) through competitive request for proposal (RFP) processes.

The Wisconsin Partnership Program requires grantees, as a condition of their award, to submit regular progress and financial status reports, and a final report.
