Medical Education and Research Committee Grantee Forms
The memorandum of understanding between the grantee and the Medical Education and Research Committee (MERC) requires as a condition of the award progress reports, financial status reports and a final report.
Financial status reports are required no later than 30 days after the end of each six-month period, progress reports no later than 30 days after the end of each 12-month period and a final report no later than 90 days after the end of the project.
