Grant Programs
The Wisconsin Partnership Program administers seven grant programs, each with a unique approach toward improving the health of the people of Wisconsin.
WPP requires grantees, as a condition of their award, to submit regular progress and financial status reports and a final report:

Lifecourse Initiative for Healthy Families
