Open Meetings and Public Records Notice

The Wisconsin Partnership Program (WPP), including the Oversight and Advisory Committee (OAC) and the Partnership Education and Research Committee (PERC) and their respective subcommittees, refers and adheres to the UW System's general counsel guidance on Wisconsin's Open Meetings and Public Records Laws.


Open Meetings


Meetings of the Wisconsin Partnership Program's OAC and PERC and their respective subcommittees are open to the public and are held in accordance with the law. Agendas and minutes are posted on the WPP website and in designated public areas.


Public Records


The Wisconsin Partnership Program's administrative manager serves as the custodian of records for the WPP. Requests for records may be presented in writing or by email at the following address:

If the request exceeds 100 pages, the WPP will charge for copying or printing costs. When possible, the record will be sent electronically. All requests will be processed as soon as practicable and without delay.
