Jessica Link Reeve, DrPH, MPH, MCHES, is the supervisor at the Department of Health Services (DHS). She is responsible for directing and supervising staff performing communications, epidemiology, data analysis, and information systems critical to the Health Emergency Preparedness and the Office of Preparedness and Emergency Healthcare.
She is also responsible for the staff of the Wisconsin Trauma Program and for ensuring communications and surveillance functions are properly staffed during emergency activation.
Jess has extensive experience in overall grant administration including implementing and evaluating projects, grant writing, directing team priorities and work plans. Prior experience includes directing the Wisconsin Stroke program which looks at the complete continuum of stroke care and works toward improved stroke outcomes with multiple state and national partners, leading a statewide initiative to link pre-hospital, hospital, and post-hospital data together to analyze outcomes, prevention work in heart disease and diabetes, quality improvement for health insurance, and experience in motivational interviewing.
Jess received her Doctorate in Public Health Leadership at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, her Master’s in Public Health at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and her bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse.
