Several options for smoking cessation are made available to UW Hospital and Clinics employees, to help them in their effort to quit tobacco. Weight Watchers at Work classes are held at a variety of UW Hospital and Clinics locations. Discussions on the essentials of healthy weight loss, good nutrition and behavior modification are led by a knowledgeable, supportive Weight Watchers leader with firsthand weight-loss experience.
