There are several scholarships available to Wisconsin Academy for Rural Medicine students each year, with the majority being awarded to M3 and M4 students.

Scholarships recognize students who demonstrate leadership, humanitarian instincts and public health concepts while intending to practice in rural Wisconsin.

Among the available scholarships is the Wisconsin Medical Alumni Association Sam Perlson WARM Scholarship, a $2,500 scholarship given to up to two M4 WARM students.

The Wisconsin Office of Rural Health manages loan repayment programs including the Health Professions Loan Assistant Program and the Rural Physician Loan Assistance Program.
