Maureen (Reenie) Euhardy, PT, MS is the admission advisor for the University of Wisconsin-Madison Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.
She received both her bachelor’s degree in physical therapy and master’s degree in therapeutic science from UW-Madison. She has a long history at UW-Madison and is very knowledgeable about the University, the School of Medicine and Public Health, the DPT program and the physical therapy profession.
Geriatrics is her clinical specialty, which she has practiced in acute, out-patient, long term care and home care settings. Euhardy received Clinical Excellence awards from both the Academy of Geriatric Physical Therapy and the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Physical Therapy Association (WPTA).
Leadership positions she has held in the WPTA include being a director, delegate, task force and committee chairs. Current Euhardy is the publications chairperson.
Qualitative research is an interest of hers, which she teaches in the DPT curriculum, along with co-teaching geriatric content.
