The Wisconsin Partnership Program at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking applicants for its 2019 Community Collaboration Grant Program.

The Community Collaboration Grant Program is a collaboration between grantees and the Wisconsin Partnership Program to bring the knowledge of community partners to the university and bring the resources of the University of Wisconsin to communities statewide by connecting grantees with potential academic partners, programs and resources.

Grantees receive training and technical assistance as well as funding. The maximum award for this grant is $400,000 over four years. The Partnership Program anticipates making up to five awards in 2019.

The Wisconsin Partnership Program at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health is committed to improving health and well-being through investments in community partnerships, education and research. The Wisconsin Partnership Program was established at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health in 2004, through an endowment gift from Blue Cross Blue Shield United of Wisconsin’s conversion to a stock insurance corporation.

To date, the Wisconsin Partnership Program has awarded more than 480 research, education and community partnership grants toward improving the health of the people of Wisconsin.
