The Wisconsin Partnership Program is pleased to announce that the Wisconsin Commissioner of Insurance, Mark Afable, has appointed Jennifer Stegall to the Oversight and Advisory Committee (OAC).
Stegall currently serves as Executive Senior Policy Advisor for the Wisconsin Office of the Commissioner of Insurance. She has worked for the Office since 2007. She brings experience and expertise in health and human services and health policy to the OAC.
Prior to joining the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance, Stegall worked in the Wisconsin State Legislature for eight years, with a focus on health and human services. She says, “I look forward to participating on OAC and learning more about the OAC applicants and grantees, and the health improvements they seek to achieve for their communities.”
Stegall is originally from Racine, Wisconsin. She holds a bachelor’s of science in social work from UW-Oshkosh. Her volunteer work focuses on supporting homeless women and children.
The Wisconsin Partnership Program and the UW School of Medicine and Public Health welcome Stegall to her new role.
