Classroom and AV Services provides support in the Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC), Clinical Science Center (CSC), Wisconsin Institutes for Medical Research (WIMR) and UW Medical Foundation Centennial Building (MFCB). Support includes classroom and conference room scheduling, AV technology training and assistance as well as videoconference and webinar connections.

Moveable furniture and accessory reservations

Classroom and AV Services checks out moveable furniture and accessories such as tables, chairs, announcement signs, display boards and more.  Reservations are made online and picked up at the Classroom and AV Services Support desk at 1240 HSLC.

  • Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Many items are designated for HSLC use only
  • An active room reservation account is required for checkout of items
  • Customer is responsible for damage, theft or loss
