Associate director, Survey of the Health of Wisconsin
Tamara LeCaire provides scientific leadership to the Survery of Public Health of Wisconsin (SHOW), including scientific support to survey implementation and oversight of data dissemination by the science team. She also supports collaborations using SHOW’s data, biorepository and research infrastructure including providing oversight of ancillary study management as well as grant support.
Prior to her work with the Survey of the Health of Wisconsin, LeCaire was the project director for the longstanding Wisconsin Diabetes Registry Study. Research interests include diabetes management and complications including complications pathways, as well as child and adolescent metabolic health. She has 20 years of experience in study design and management, including the development, use and oversight of longitudinal relational databases and biorepositories.
