Mindy Schreiner operationalizes the Master of Public Health (MPH) program’s recruiting and advising efforts in support of the program’s single and dual degree programs. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Edgewood College and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis, with a focus in higher education, from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She worked in admissions and recruiting for several years before joining the MPH program in 2013. Her work with the MPH program began with the implementation of the Prevention Interventions in Medical Education (PRIME) grant funded by the U.S. Health Resources and Services Administration. Through the PRIME grant she was responsible for outreach and recruitment for the MD-MPH dual degree program and the Path of Distinction (PoD) in public health, then supporting students throughout their time in the program. In 2015 she transitioned to her current role and began working with MPH students, focusing on recruitment and advising.
