Verification Requests
If you need to have your credentials verified by an employer or state board, please email Franca Tardy.
For all verification requests, please include:
- Any documentation that needs to be filled out or signed by the program
- Your name and any name changes that have occurred
- Your dates of enrollment in the program
For transcripts from your time with the program, visit the Office of the Registrar.
