Request a CTAC Event
Any group interested in teaching or assessing interactions between learners and standardized patients can request to schedule an event. On a case by case basis, the rooms and standardized patients are also available for marketing or other educational filming purposes.
All events, Clinical Teaching and Assessment Center (CTAC) room reservations and reason for use of the standardized patients must be approved by CTAC staff. Fees may apply to users and departments from outside the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. You will be notified of fees and provided an estimate after your request is received.
After completing this form, CTAC staff will contact you to verify event details. Please submit your request at least four weeks in advance to ensure the best possibility of meeting event requirements.
