HSLC AtriumThe Health Sciences Learning Center at the University of Wisconsin-Madison offers a variety of reservation and support services to faculty, staff and students.


Room and Equipment Reservations


Reservations can be made online for rooms in the Health Sciences Learning Center (including the Atrium), Clinical Science Center, Wisconsin Institutes for Medical Research, Ebling Library and Wichman Clinical Teaching and Assessment Center.

Classroom and AV Support


Classroom and AV Support assists with classroom and audio/visual needs of the Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC) and Clinical Sciences Center (CSC). This includes classroom scheduling, classroom technology support and training, AV equipment checkout and videoconferencing support.


Audio/visual equipment can be reserved by using the online scheduling system. Equipment that can be reserved includes computers and peripherals, TVs, DVD players, flip charts, tables and chairs, projectors and more.

Event/Lecture Capture


The Innovations in Medical Education Video Library records events and lectures in the Health Sciences Learning Center on a fee-for-service basis. Live streaming of events is available. Requests for event capture are done online.

InfoCommons is spread across both floors of the Ebling Library along the Atrium window. It provides an integrated environment for library and information technology staff, services and resources. The InfoCommons is open to the entire UW-Madison Community (currently enrolled students, faculty and staff of all schools).

Report a Building Problem


Building problems and maintenance requests can be reported online through Maintenance work includes bathrooms, water fountains, lights and room temperature adjustments.
