Dominica Rak Carr is a simulation educator with the Clinical Simulation Program. As a float physical therapist in the acute care setting, Carr gained valuable experience working within an interdisciplinary team and providing patient-centered care to patient populations in UW Health hospitals, including University Hospital as well as East Madison and American Family Children’s hospitals.
Carr’s commitments to lifelong learning, quality and safe patient care, and program development inspired her to join the CSP team as a simulation educator. She earned her doctor of physical therapy degree from Bradley University in 2023.
