The Audit Committee of the Wisconsin United for Health Foundation, Inc. will meet for a closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85 (1) (e) on November 4, 2009, beginning at 8am, in the offices of Quarles & Brady, 411 East Wisconsin Avenue, Suite 2400, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202.

- Statement of Public Notice
- Presentation of 2008 Audit Report by Coleman & Williams and consideration of recommendation of acceptance of same by the Board of Directors
