Agenda Set for Wisconsin United for Health Foundation Meeting

The Wisconsin United for Health Foundation, Inc. Board of Directors will meet on November 13, 2009, beginning at 9am, for a telephone conference in the boardroom of the offices of Davis & Kuelthau, 111 E. Kilbourn Ave., Suite 1400, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202-6613.  

The Board will consider the following agenda:

2. Roll Call
3. Statement of Public Notice
4. Audit Committee Report, presentation of 2008 Audit Report by Coleman & Williams and consideration of same by the Board of Directors.
5. Adjournment
