Wisconsin Partnership Five-Year Plan, Evaluation Report

The Wisconsin Partnership Program of the UW School of Medicine and Public Health is pleased to present the 2009-2014 Five-Year Plan.

 

The plan sets the direction and objectives of the Wisconsin Partnership Program over the next five years, building on the accomplishments achieved since the inception of the program. The proposed initiatives are all directed toward addressing the challenging public health issues facing Wisconsin.

 

In addition, a comprehensive evaluation report on the Wisconsin Partnership Program's progress in the first five years entitled "Measuring Our Progress: The Wisconsin Partnership Program Evaluation" is available. The evaluation reports on progress in program strategies, processes and outcomes.

 

We appreciate the valuable information gained from our stakeholders and are mindful of the public accountability that is expected of us. You will read about the various communication tools we employed to hear from our many audiences, including the general public, and the ways in which we will use this information as we move forward.
